By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. STORE INFORMATION

The online store is operated under the trading name KovaMint.

Throughout these Terms, “KovaMint,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the KovaMint store.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes.

3. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, and images accurately.

However:

• Colors may vary because of screens, lighting, fabric, materials, and printing processes
• Mockups are visual representations and may not show every physical detail
• Handmade and made-to-order products may have minor natural variations
• Measurements may vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances

These minor differences are not necessarily considered defects.

4. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted for personalization, including:

• Names
• Spelling
• Dates
• Numbers
• Images
• Logos
• Colors
• Sizes
• Addresses
• Design instructions

Products may be created exactly according to the information submitted.

KovaMint is not responsible for errors originating from customer-provided information.

5. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

By submitting photographs, artwork, logos, text, names, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• Producing the requested product will not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• The content is not unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or prohibited

You grant KovaMint and its production partners a limited permission to use the submitted content solely to process, produce, fulfill, and support your order.

We may refuse or cancel orders containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, harmful, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.

Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges are displayed at checkout where applicable.

7. ORDERS

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment failure
• Product or material availability
• Unlawful or infringing customization
• Shipping restrictions
• Technical problems
• Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment methods may also be governed by the provider’s terms and privacy policy.

9. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discount codes and promotions:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• May not be combined unless expressly stated
• May be limited to certain products or customers
• May be canceled where misuse, fraud, or technical error occurs

10. SHIPPING

Shipping costs, production estimates, transit estimates, tracking, and delivery conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because most products are personalized or made to order, orders generally cannot be canceled after production begins.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the KovaMint website, branding, text, graphics, layouts, original designs, and other store content are owned by or licensed to KovaMint.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
